Dr. AlSadi’s initiatives include numerous scholarship contributions through the Majid AlSadi Scholarship Foundation at Coventry University and the Changing Lives Program, an initiative of the Majid AlSadi Foundation. Changing Lives aims to challenge perceptions of the Arab world by bringing Western university students to engage with grassroots organizations and gain firsthand insight into its cultures and challenges. It also provides local youth with opportunities for a brighter future while strengthening the capacity of local organizations to promote progressive, open, and professional social work, ultimately influencing broader social trends.

Iraqi Business
Council
The idea of establishing the Iraqi Business Council (IBC) was born from the collective interest of Iraqi investors and businessmen in Jordan, who recognized the importance of creating an economic reference for themselves and those wishing to join them. Their goal was to unify efforts to contribute to Iraq’s reconstruction and address the challenges facing the country. This initiative received approval and endorsement from the Government of Jordan, leading to the official establishment of the IBC.
Since its establishment in early 2007, the IBC has not only focused on strengthening Iraqi investments in Jordan and resolving challenges but also on improving economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Iraq and Jordan. In addition to these efforts, the council has expanded its activities into social and humanitarian areas, providing valuable support to the people of Iraq both within and outside the country.
