Comprehensive in-flight services from Amman

From its headquarters in Queen Alia International Airport, Amman, Dnata provides in-flight services – including catering – to numerous customers including Royal Jordanian Airlines, Air France, British Airways, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines,

Turkish Airlines, Egypt Air, Afriqiah and Libyan airways, Air Algerie and SAS. Dnata also services private charters and flights for Jordan Royal flights, Royal Falcon, Emirates Amiri, Omani Amiri, Bahrain Amiri, Saudi Royal and Amiri, Jordan Aviation, Arab Wings, Royal Wings, Petra Airlines.

Dnata jordan operations overview

In 2011, Alpha Flight Group Ltd. was purchased by Dnata, a leading international airport services and travel operator, headquartered in Dubai. Alpha Flight Services was officially rebranded as Dnata in October 2015. Dnata’s Jordan branch now consists of three main shareholders (i.e. Dnata, Eastern Investment Group Holding & Royal Jordanian).

Dnata operates a main kitchen at Queen Alia International Airport with a total space of around 10,000 m2 located a few hundred meters from the Aircrafts’ apron service area – offering accessible and efficient services.

In-flight catering and support services

Dnata also runs an additional smaller operating unit at Amman Civil Airport (Marka). Dnata specializes in in-flight catering for a wide range of meal choices with a capacity of over 6 million meals per year. Moreover, we provide supporting in-house services including Laundry and onboard entertainment such as magazines and video.

Dedicated team and robust ground fleet

Dnata’s team consists of around 420 staff members in addition to another 80 staff serving our various food and beverage outlets at the main terminals building. Our fleet extends to include around 20 hi-lift loaders and 15 marshalling vehicles and service administrative cars.
