Established in 1993, Eastern Investment Group Holding is a British registered holding company that was founded with the purpose of providing an investment vehicle that would grant strategic and financial support and stability to the companies under its umbrella, particularly those operating in volatile and unstable markets. Since its establishment, the group has quickly gained a firm footing in the markets within which its business entities operate, which has allowed us to become a substantial hub of progress and development in these markets.
The group’s interests are varied and consistently evolving. When it was first established, the group built its foundations on its venture project –Arab Pump Manufacturing Company – a pioneering Jordanian company established in 1994 as the first Middle-Eastern manufacturer of cast stainless steel, deep-well vertical turbine pumps designed for pumping water with a high concentration of salt, sulphur and other corrosive agents. The company has expanded its product range to include all type of irrigation, sewage pumps and generation sets.
Since then, the group’s business entities have expanded to include 8 additional companies operating in 5 different industries, including aviation and travel, water supply, security, education, hotels and services. The group still exercises an open expansion policy that continuously sees it treading new grounds and exploring limitless possibilities.

JATS is the oldest and most advanced aviation training centre in the Middle East. Over 100,000 Commercial Pilots and cabin Crew have enjoyed their professional training with JATS over the years. JATS is now considered to be the only centre outside the European Union which offers aviation training to European crews through its TRTO Certification.
JATS' extensive training facilities now include combined Airbus and Boeing simulators, which provide complete training packages that offer a wide range of simulator and classroom-based instruction for cockpit crews, cabin crews and airline staff from the international airline community.

Eastern Hotels and Resorts Co. Ltd is a property development company that has developed over the years a variety of real estate projects varying from residential and office buildings with its latest project, a USD $50 million 5-star hotel in the heart of Amman, currently underway.
Alpha Flight Services – Jordan is a joint venture project between Eastern Holding and Alpha Airports Group PLC, following their joint acquisition of the in-flight catering unit of the Royal Jordanian Airlines in 2001. The venture was later named Alpha Flight Services-Jordan, becoming a specialized company providing in-flight catering for all airlines and airport cafés at Queen Alia and Marka airports.
Eastern International Academy (EIA) was formed in 2004 to provide security services and specialized security training which would encompass all areas of the market. EIA'S aim is to increase the range and diversity of security and training services offered to its clients and individuals. Since its establishment, EIA'S business has rapidly grown, with operations throughout the Middle East and beyond.
Eastern Security Services Company Limited (ESS) is a privately owned and British registered company specializing in providing comprehensive security and safety services to a wide range of clients. ESS has a wealth of professional expertise from a diverse number of security backgrounds that include the police, military and intelligence communities, all of which can be employed to devise realistic and cost effective solutions to risk management.
Arab Water Solutions & Technologies Co. was established in 2000 to specialize in the field of design and manufacturing of water treatment and recycling units. The company is active in three main branches: the production of compact and mobile water treatment units, the design and production of domestic water saving and recycling equipment, and the design and execution of municipal water purification projects.
Jordan Air Transport & Medical Evacuation Services (JAMS) is the first private helicopter operator and medical evacuation company in the Middle East. The company was established in partnership with the Jordanian Royal Medical Services to offer a wide range of services for the business community, for tourism and the medical sector by using the latest helicopters and equipment.
